Chief Analysis Team

The Chief Analysis Team exists to author regular, substantive research reports on issues directly relating to the development of R2P as an international norm. Analysts focus on the responsibility to prevent, the responsibility to react, and the responsibility to rebuild. These analysts also produce monthly blog posts to ccr2p.org to provide analysis of contemporary R2P issues.

Robert Rubbini

Rob Rubbini is a Master of Global Affairs student at the Munk School of Global Affairs. He received his B.A. from the University of Toronto with a Joint History and Political Science Specialist, along with minors in European Union Studies and American Studies. He has an active interest in global security and intelligence issues.

John Evers

John Evers received his Hon B.A. from the University of Toronto, with a specialization in International Relations. He has also studied International Affairs at Sciences Po in France.  John is particularly interested in International Law.

Naomi Snider

Naomi Snider, an LLM student in at the University of Toronto’s law faculty. She is a UJK qualified lawyer, who received an LLB from the London School of Economics. She has an interest in international human rights issues and the focus of her thesis is on the relationship between R2P and international Criminal Law.

Matthew Warwick

Matt Warwick is a Master of Public Policy student at the School of Public Policy & Governance. He received his B.Comm from Queen’s University, with a joint business and economics specialty. He has an interest in global policy analysis and international economics.
