Nour is a third year undergraduate student pursuing a double major in Political Science and Economics and a minor in Psychology. Nour was the recipient of the University of Toronto’s President’s Scholar of Excellence Scholarship, awarded to the fifty most qualified incoming students. She currently works as a Compliance Analyst for the G20 Research Group at the Munk School of Global Affairs. Fully bilingual, she also teaches Arabic and is an executive member of Amnesty International UofT where she helps organize events around campus to discuss human, women and aboriginal rights. Nour is very excited to be a part of the CCR2P as she is interested in understanding the way international norms such as R2P are formed, established and finally accepted, particularly within vulnerable nations.
